This is what I discovered at the recent launch of Maria-Maria, the latest fashion collection for little ladies. Maria-Maria is a novel fashion line for girls between 6months to 10 years and on the launch of the label I couldn't help but be impressed with how creative the designs were. The incorporation of our local fabric with Western fabric was simple but spoke volumes of creativity. The label is owned by Franka-Maria Andoh of Cuppa Cappuccino.
Once I was tempted to buy a jumpsuit for 10 year-olds, because it really looked like it could fit me! Never mind, I didn't buy it. There were blouses, dresses, jumpsuits, either for formal or informal occasions to dress your daughter in and let her be the envy of her friends.

Whilst mothers shopped, their kids frosted their own cookies with some very interesting food colourings and icings. I wish i was a kid again!
