Brenu Beach Lodge lies to the left of the Brenu NkyinKyim salt mining and fishing town. It's a simple yet serene beach lodge with uphill chalets overlooking the sometimes boisterous bluish green ocean. It was quite a sight seeing that many coconut trees lining the walkway and majority of the outdoor space. The rooms were clean with modern fittings and fixtures my absolute favorite being the heater and excellent showers!
The Osu food walking tour was a major success! The group had a simply fantastic time from dining at the best waakye spot in Osu to sampling the incredible beans and gari (Gob3), experiencing new flavours of Levantine platters all the way to eating hot Ga Kenkey at the Osu Night Market.
Technical hitches are bound to happen but are the least expected at the brand new terminal which cost our nation 275-8 million dollars to build.
All the above mentioned markets are uniquely different in their own ways even though one can discover certain similarities between them; the clamour of buying and selling, human and vehicular traffic. Their differences however slight lies in food stuffs pricing, access to market, populace, product uniqueness and hygiene. Anytime you are in Accra check out the markets listed below as a buyer or curious tourist, don’t forget to pick up a bottle of water, beach hat and a face towel with a sprinkling of human patience.
